Dual Channel Setups using the Black Box Data Logger

The dual channel setup using the Black Box Data Logger is similar to the dual channel setup using a single display. The configuration uses the linear wideband output of a second Zeitronix Wideband to supply a second AFR reading. All signals from the Zt-2 are logged by the Black Box Data Logger which includes data on both AFR readings. All Gauge and LCD display purchases include a splitter allowing use of a display plus the Black Box Data Logger. The splitter also allows use of the Zeitronix Data Logging software or multiple displays at the same time.

Once wired together the Zt-2 "User2" input must be configured using the Zeitronix Data Logger software to accept the linear wideband output from the second Zt-2.

NOTE: The 2nd AFR value is based off of the linear wideband output so the displayed/recorded range will be from 9.6 to 19.6 AFR. This range is adjustable on the Zt-3 Wideband.

1 Zt-2 and 1 Zt-3 Logged on a Black Box Data Logger
The Zeitronix Black Box Data Logger can be used to log a Dual Channel AFR setup. All parameters from the Zt-2 are logged including the 2nd AFR reading connected to the User2 input (white wire with brown stripe). The 2nd AFR reading is gathered from the Zt-3 linear wideband output signal (white wire).

The 2nd wideband system may also be another Zt-2 (Zt-2 Wideband System).

Dual AFR to Black Box

1 Zt-2 and 1 Zt-3 with Gauge Display and Black Box
In this configuration a splitter is used to run a display at the same time as the black box data logger.

The display can be a ZR-2 Multi Gauge (as shown) or an
LCD display (LCD Display).

The 2nd wideband system may also be another Zt-2 (Zt-2 Wideband System).
